The 135-seat bistro brings a classic French cuisine to the airport. The menu at Bistro Atelier offers a selection of hors d’oeuvres, specialty crafted burgers, sandwiches, an extensive selection of savory and sweet crepes, plus a classic breakfast and brunch menu that will be available all day. Guests can indulge in items such as Ratatouille Crepe with eggplant, squash, peppers, onions and garden herbs and the Atelier Burger dressed with lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese and a house made bacon aioli. Also available will be Lewitt’s take on the classic Croque-Madame, black forest ham, poached eggs and Mornay, and the exemplary Steak Frites with house made bordelaise sauce, served with hand-cut fried potatoes and a salad. For early travelers’ breakfast cravings, Bistro Atelier offers Pepperberry French Toast, Eggs Benedict and many other options.
