The brainchild of restaurateur, James Beard Award winner and Food Network Iron Chef Michael Symon features a menu all about comfort food. Bar Symon's first location opened in the summer of 2012 at Pittsburgh International Airport located in the center of the airport's airside terminal. A second Bar Symon is slated to open in the Fall of 2014 inside of Washington Dulles International Airport's Concourse C.
