Dulles International Airport Traveler Update on Coronavirus

Xpres Check

What airport passengers need to know about Xpres Check at the airport.

Fast, accurate COVID-19 testing is now available inside the airport. XpresCheck, a nationwide health and wellness company, offers two different COVID-19 tests for patients age 5 and older: a rapid test that provides results while you wait and a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test, with results available typically in one to three days.

COVID-19 testing is available every day from 8:00am – 6:00pm in the lower level of Baggage Claim, down the ramp near Door #2 at Dulles International Airport.

Please visit XpresCheck to learn more about these tests, pricing or make an appointment before arriving.

Here's how it works:

Schedule your appointment online at XpresCheck. Create an account on the scheduling website (or to sign in, if you're already registered) and make an appointment. The process takes about 5 minutes and will by confirmed with an email from XpresCheck confirming the appointment. Please set only one appointment per patient. Schedule your appointment.

Registration forms, emailed from XpresCheck should be filled out before the appointment. Paperwork should be printed, filled out and brought to the appointment, which minimizes time on-site, helping to keep everyone safe. Please allow up to 24 hours after scheduling the appointment for paperwork to arrive.

Arrive no more than 5 minutes before the appointment time. Bring completed forms, a valid ID and a method of payment. Face coverings are required at all times inside the airport, including in the XpresCheck testing area, and please be sure to follow social distancing rules inside the testing facility, including while queuing.
