COVID-19 Parking Information Center

Current Lot Status

To encourage social distancing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, parking products at Dulles International Airport have been temporarily modified.

Terminal Parking

Terminal Parking is Open

Terminal parking gives passengers enhanced convenience just steps from the front doors of the Terminal. 

Parking Rates for Terminal Parking (Temporary Prices in response to COVID-19)

  • Hourly Rate: $6 per hour
  • Daily Maximum: $10 per day (24-hour period)

Customers are encouraged to use the new Ticketless Entry Option now available in all public parking areas. Simply insert your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) at the parking entry plaza; be sure to use the same credit card to exit (no ticket required for this method). Or, you may touch the Green Button at entry for a ticket and proceed to a cashier upon exit.

Features

  • The lot is located directly across from the Terminal and is the closest self-parking option at Dulles. 
  • There are two access points within the lot for customers who may wish to park and take the underground Pedestrian Walkway to the Terminal.  
  • There is no minimum or maximum length of stay. However, vehicles left for longer than 45 days must be registered with the parking office to avoid being identified as ‘abandoned’ and removed from the premises at the owner’s expense.

Garage Parking Rates (Temporary Prices in response to COVID-19)

  • Hourly Rate: $6 per hour

Features

  • Parking Garage 1 is equipped with an automated space counting system, which indicates how many open spaces are available on each level.
  • There is no minimum or maximum length of stay. However, vehicles parked longer than 45 days must be registered with the parking office to avoid being identified as ‘abandoned’ and removed from the premises at the owner’s expense.
  • Parking Garage 1 connects to the Terminal via an underground pedestrian walkway equipped with moving sidewalks. Free "GARAGES" shuttle bus service to and from the Terminal is also available 24/7 from Curb 2E and 2F.

Call Box Locations

Call boxes are available on all levels of the Garages on columns painted red or near the elevators.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

  • Level 3 Row H with five units serving five parking spaces (208/240V available).

To encourage social distancing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, parking products at Dulles International Airport have been temporarily modified. As part of these changes, Valet Parking has been suspended until further notice. 

Despite the temporary unavailability of Valet Parking, other convenient parking options remain available, including the Terminal Lot and Garage 1.

Disabled Parking Access

Facilities are accessible for persons with special needs 

Designated parking spaces are available for the disabled in vehicles displaying a government-issued plate or placard for use by the disabled. Other vehicles using these spaces are subject to ticketing and towing. Spaces have been designated in the Airport's public parking facilities:

  • Terminal Lot - In Rows 2 through 30 at the end of the row closest to the Terminal.
  • Garage 1 – On Level 1, Rows L and N, closest to the walkway to the Terminal and convenient to the shuttle stop.

All airport parking shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible and free of charge to all patrons.

Cell Phone Lot

What is It?

The cell phone lot is an ideal place to wait for arriving passengers. After your arriving passengers have collected their baggage, and exited the Terminal, have them call you with the Door number and level (departure or arrivals) where they are waiting. It is important that the arriving passengers are outside at the curb and ready for pickup before you approach the Terminal. There is no waiting at the curb. Parking at the curb for any longer than a quick pick-up may result in a parking ticket and/or towing.

Where is It?

The Cell Phone Lot is located on Autopilot Drive. From the Dulles Access Highway or Dulles Toll Road heading towards the Airport, stay in the right lane, past the first exit, and take the SERVICES exit (The Marriott lake will be on your right). Follow the ramp and bear right onto Aviation Drive. The Dulles Marriott Hotel will be on your right. Stay in the right lane until you reach the stoplight at the intersection of Aviation Drive and Autopilot Drive. Turn right onto Autopilot Drive and continue straight.  The Cell Phone Lot entrance will be on your right.

Things to Know

  • This is a free lot
  • Maximum waiting time is one hour
  • Vehicles must not be left unattended
  • Authorized commercial vehicles are allowed
  • No restroom facilities are provided

How Much Does It Cost?

It's free of charge and can be used for up to one hour.

How Can I Monitor the Status of an Inbound or Outbound Flight?

Use our flight search tool, or call 703-572-6240 and have the flight number ready. You will hear prompts asking you to key in the flight number from your phone. This phone system is directly tied to Dulles Airport's flight information displays.
