Ride App Pickup & Drop-Off

At Washington Dulles International Airport, we want you to have a great experience and that includes a dedicated pick-up and drop-off curb for Uber and Lyft.   

• The 3rd curb is located on the ground level outside of Baggage Claim, accessible via Doors 2, 4 or 6.
• Numbered and lettered zones (3A-3H) make finding your ride easy
• Customers will be notified of their pick-up zone through in-app messaging

• Beginning November 1, 2023, all drop-off's will occur at curbs 3 A/B and 3 G/H, with a short walk inside to the escalators up to ticketing.

Car-Sharing at IAD

The Turo car-sharing service connects car owners with travelers looking to use a personal car for a fee.   Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) has partnered with Turo to provide our customers with an alternative way to reach their destinations throughout the DC Metro Area.

Carshare Services guidelines and restrictions:

Washington Dulles International Airport allows pickup/return at:

• Parking Garages 1 and 2 and Economy Parking.
• We offer convenient garage locations with easy, indoor connections to all terminals.  Additionally, free shuttle service is available 24/7 between terminals and on-airport parking garages and lots.
• Pickup/return of the vehicle is strictly prohibited at the curbside, terminal parking lot, and at the Valet Service Center.
