If you lost an item onboard your airplane, please contact your airline.
If you lost an item in the terminal, call Lost & Found at 703-572-8479, Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Closed Weekends). Located behind Baggage Claim #2.
If you need assistance while coming through the airport, we welcome you to seek out one of our convenient information counters staffed by Travelers Aid volunteers. You’ll find them at the following locations:
