Dulles International Airport currently offers on-site COVID-19 testing through XpresCheck. The pre-security testing facility, which is located on the baggage claim level near door #2, is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Testing options include a rapid test, with results available in as soon as 30 minutes, and a PCR test, with results available in one to three days.Passengers who are obtaining a rapid test for travel the same day should allot for at least two hours of testing prior to checking in their flight.

COVID-19 Testing Requirements for Travelers from the U.K.
On December 27, 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that all travelers returning from the U.K. must have a negative COVID-19 test before flying to the U.S. This is for inbound travelers only, not outbound from the U.S. to the U.K.

COVID-19 Testing Requirements for Travelers Arriving from International Destinations
Beginning January 26, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that all travelers returning to the U.S. from a foreign country must get tested for COVID-19 no more than 72 hours prior to their flight departure and provide proof of the negative result or provide documentation of recovery from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. This is for inbound international travelers only, not outbound from the U.S. or for domestic flights.
