Three public information workshops will be held during the Master Plan process. The workshops will be used to inform and educate the general public of the study process and major findings. Each workshop will be conducted in accordance with COVID-19 pandemic guidelines applicable at the time of the workshop. The public workshops for the Dulles Airport Master Plan will be conducted at the following milestones:

As part of the airport’s master planning process, the Airports Authority has invited technical advisers and regional stakeholders from the community to assist both the Airport Authority and its outside master planning consultant, Ricondo & Associates, Inc. These stakeholders will bring an additional level of community and stakeholder involvement and their deep knowledge and skill sets, which augment those of Airports Authority and consultant staff. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is preparing the Washington Dulles International Airport Master Plan, which will help plan and guide the Airport’s needs over the next twenty-five years. The work is being done in partnership with independent consultants and the airport community and stakeholders.
